Blue silk cover embroidered with cream flowers, white silk lining. Dome shaped. Cream fring 9cm long, fringe also below ferrule. Collapsible wooden stick, metal tube. Wooden handle appears to be continuation of stick but broken off. Wooden ferrule, 1.5cm long. Inner ribs metal, outer whalebone, ivory rib tips.
