Pinky-puce coloured satin. One piece dress. Short Magyar sleeves. Cross-over bodice with small revers. Long skirt cut on the cross. Opening on RH side at waist fastening with hooks and press studs. Made by a Bunbury dressmaker. The fabric was purchased in Colombo several years before being used. Belt: Gold thread ground with covering of gold thread "lace" embellished with numerous glass "diamonds" in various colours. Linen backing. Fastens with two hooks and eyes.
