FANCY DRESS COSTUME, Children's - Beefeater or Yeomen of the Guard

Child's Beefeater or Yeomen of the Guard fancy dress costume in five parts.
1] Tunic: Red satin long sleeved tunic with gold and black trim. Embroidered with St Edward's crown, Tudor rose, Thistle and Shamrock in gold thread. Tunic open at the sides waist to hem, with a mandarin collar which fastens at neck and on side with hooks and eye. Three bars of black and gold trim on each sleeve, below the elbow. A set of two gold braid stripes with a black centre stripe run from the sholder to the waist on either side. Back of tunic (shoulder to waist) is plain, the gold and black trim decoration continued on the skirt section. Long sleeves fasten at the cuff with a decorative floral motif metal button.
2] Breeches: Red velvet knee breeches with elasticized waist and a loop at the back. Breeches have an open fly (covered by the tunic). Waist cuff of breeches decorated with gold and black trim, fastens with a red button. Cuff decorated with blue and white rosette.
3] Ruff: Four layers of stiff semi-transparent muslin type facric attached to circular satin piece with a reinforement fabric to keep the centre shape. Ruff fastens with hook and eye, and is discoloured.
4] Belt: black and gold striped fabic belt with rounded tip and fastens with hooks and eyes.
5] Rosette for shoes: blue and white rosette (one only) with red center has an elasticized strap for attaching to shoe
