Overlain by yellow enamel land map of Northern Western Australia. Encircled by black enamel border with text reading 'KIMBERLEY ABORIGINAL MEDICAL SERVICE'S COUNCIL'. Second semi-circle black border on top half with text reading 'GRADUATE HEALTH WORKER'. Two black enamel snakes intertwined around a rod at bottom to form Rod of Asclepius motif, snake heads overlie map and rod extends downwards to tip of badge. Reverse: textured silver finish, text 'SHERIDAN/ PERTH' running sideways above and below safety pin fixing with pin and catch attached.
