Black enamel oval in top centre with text 'WANFL', flanked by two wave shaped flags, with black enamel on outer edges of flags and dark red on inner sides. Red enamel banner in centre with left and right edges curving downward, text reads 'PERTH'. Gold gilt finish in between top and centre with raised gilt lines. Dark red enamel rectangle underneath banner with two square cut out holes to left and right. Black enamel section at bottom with text 'F-C'. Reverse: Gold gilt finish, text 'SHERIDAN/ PERTH' at top, safety fixing with pin and catch attached.
