Rectangle white enamel banner beneath reads 'SHEEP DOG ASSOC.'. Blue enamel rectangle beneath banner with two small sqaure holes on either side. Gilt finish laurel wreath wraps around bottom and sides. Reverse: 'SHERIDAN/ PERTH, metal safety catch fixing with pin and catch attached and fastened.
