Thin rectangular piece of wood (veneer) with a red metal logo on the face. The logo looks as though two 'V's joined together, one upside down, with a small diamond shape in the middle of the two (one corner of the diamond cut). Two nails hold it together. Handwritten in blue ink on one side 'WORKERS'/ ASSISTANCE/ COMMISS'.
