Three pieces of wood, between four thin pieces of metal. The whole stamp is tied together by string (compied type); the wood and metal are not attached, and so move around. On two pieces of wood are two metal plates. One has the water authority logo and the words 'WATER AUTHORITY/ of Western Australia'. The other plate has the address and the phone number.
