Shoulder belt with shoulder belt pouch made of red morocco leather.
Lace on front of shoulder belt and edge of pouch in silver oak leaf lace. White metal ornaments on front of shoulder belt. See picture drawn on pink sheets.
Oak leaf lace is No.1, Plate 72. 1900 regs., signifying a general officer but was widely used for many other court, civil costumes. lace on pouch is drawn on pink sheet, similar to No.12, Plate 73. 1900 Regs - 3rd Dragoons Guards., tunic lace. There is a cypher on the pouch - See pink sheets.The belt has a decorative buckle.
