BELT BUCKLE, in blue tin with lid, FMG, Fortescue-Rail

Buckle is solid metal of brushed steel appearance in a roughly rectangular shape with rounded off edges. The face has a raised banner across the top with the words ‘The New Force in Iron Ore’ and the bottom has a similar banner with the words ‘Fortescue – Rail’. The front has a 3D image of a diesel iron ore-carrying locomotive with the number 015 on side and front of train. To the left of the train image is a stylized Australian map logo with block capital initials ‘FMG’ inside the map and ‘Fortescue’ below.
The back of the buckle has a rectangular metal belt loop attached to a bracket on the bar of which is imprinted ‘AUSTRALIAN MADE’. A small raised rectangular plate has manufacturer’s details ‘Advance/MERCHANDISING/BELT BUCKLES/ (03) 9329 9011/0410 456 827/ www.advancemerchandising.com.au’.
The buckle is contained in a two piece blue anodized metal tin with a clear plastic insert to lid. It is fitted out with two pieces of medium density dark grey foam in the shape of the tin with the upper piece cut out to accommodate the shape of the back of the buckle.
