Pale blue chambray cotton button-front work formal shirt with collar and white stitching. Buttons to front and sleeve cuffs are mock-tortoiseshell. Two open-top pockets with button holes to left and right front chest. Embroidered logo above wearer’s left front chest pocket with dark blue stylized Australia map and central white block capital initials ‘FMG’. Name ‘SIMONE’ is embroidered in block letters in navy blue thread above the wearer’s right front chest pocket. Rectangular white manufacturer’s label to inside back collar with central white hard hat image and ‘WS’ initials in centre, ‘WORKSENSE’ written in white block capital letters on rectangular black background,’MADE IN CHINA’ written below. White tag below has size 18 in black print.
