MAGNIFIER, duel hinged, double lenses

Small, curved, circular top and base, with rounded edges, tarnished silver metal, dual hinged, double lense magnifier. Four curved edges, with metal pins through each short side, connecting lenses to base and top. Base identical, with imprinted ‘MADE/ IN/ ENGLAND’ on left side of base. Lenses hinge from right side pin. Straight sided, curved edges, with concave silver-coloured metal lip to curved magnifying glass. Silver coloured metal tarnished all over. Small amount of green and yellow, and red paint? Discolouration? to edges of base.
