SLIDE RULE, concentric cylindrical, 'STANLEY'

Large cylindrical wooden slide rule. 3 concentric cylindrical pieces. Wooden base, circular, hollow with metal (brass?) pipe attached, some corrosion.
On outside edge of base is attached thin metal ruler with 02-98 intervals marked halfway along. Other half is blank.
Middle hollow cylinder (fits over top part with handle) ‘FULLERS SPIRAL SLIDE RULE’ has 0-999 marked in increments all the way around, felt lined.
Top – large wood turned handle connected to circular top pece, long hollow wood cylinder attached. Marked with mathematical formulas & tables all around. Hollow, felt lined, attached to outside of circular top is metal arrow pointer ‘FULLER CALCULATOR’.
Stored in rectangular wooden box, label inside lid ‘STANLEY/ LONDON/ ENGLAND’. Box also contains a small brass/copper? Flat shovel shaped object with curved handle. Flat shovel shape has screws pointing out. They fit into same shaped plate with matching holes on outside end of box.
Box has green felt on outside of base.
