Small circular metal barrel measure with handle. Circular rotating ring attached to metal handle. Ring has 5 spokes and 1 arrow coming from centre out. Outside edge has raised lines marked to measure distance. Lines of different lengths, shortest indicates 2.5mm, medium indicates 5mm, long indicates 10mm, numbered 1-23cm.
Opposite side in raised lettering “Wiley & Russel M. G.C.O Greenfield Mass”
