DRESS, black, orange and brown silk
H2013.646
DRESS, 1920s black silk, sleeveless, 'v' necked dress with collar. Shoulders have pin tucks. Dropped waist with scalloped black silk panel over the permanently, fine pleated orange, yellow and black floral skirt. A tie and a self covered buckle for the belt is made from the same fabric, although they are not permanently pleated.. The underarms and back of the neck have been crudely patched with black fabric.
