CRICKET SHOES, full spike, white & blue, size UK9, ‘Nike Air’, Mike Hussey

Pair of UK size 9 full spike white and blue Nike Air cricket shoes with white laces and modified sole. Blue material on surface around tongue and back of ankle. Black material inside shoes. Black Nike tick marked at front top. Large black Nike tick with yellow edging sewn onto outer side of both shoes. ‘AIR’ sewn in black on outer side at back. Folded black material tag with yellow Nike tick attached at top of shoe back. Plastic cushioning material on heel visible on both sides. Black rubber toe guard extends up front of shoe to the top surface. ‘CROSS/TRAINING’ printed on tongue in black. Tag sewn inside tongue is worn and unreadable on both shoes except for ‘UK 9’. Sole of shoe is slightly textured thick heavy black rubber(?) and has been added on top of existing sole. Thick thread stitching around edges of sole underneath ball of foot. ‘SVIG/(three stars)’ marked on sole in several places. Sole under the ball of the foot has seven blue rubber circles into which are screwed 10mm high metal spikes with 25mm diameter bases. Screw bases have the Kookaburra brand symbol imprinted on one side and have two small holes used to unscrew the spikes. Heel section of the sole has four metal spikes. ‘NIKE’ embossed across arch in middle of sole.
