BUTTON SHEET, six black and silver buttons on two joined cards, 'Beutron'
H2013.117.1-2
Six black and silver ornate glass buttons, sewn with cotton thread onto two joined cards. The silver decoration is raised and represents curls, dots and wedges. The cards have 'Beuton' written in red cursive letters and 'Originals/STYLED BY THE WORLD'S GREATEST DESIGNERS'' PRINTED IN BLACK. The metal box shanks are glued to the back of each button. The back of each card states that "Beutron glass buttons' are made in Australia but that the bases are imported and therefore cannot be guaranteed in the same wasy as the button itself.
