PENCIL SHARPENER, black, Scottish terrier

Small, stout, black, hard plastic body, metal sharpening tool, stylised Scottish terrier, pencil sharpener. Scottish terrier has pointed ears, square snout, short legs, long ‘fur’ and raised tail. Grooves engraved over body to denote fur and facial features. Sharpening tool on underside of dog, covered by ‘fur’. Moulded (?) into plastic, with single, central screw holding blade. Metal parts rusted. Underside, near sharpener stamped/ embossed ‘FOREIGN’. Circular hole for pencil, under dog’s tail, above back legs. White residue around base of dog’s ‘fur’ and legs, also around face, especially proper left side.
