12 inch rectangular brown wooden ruler with a flat top and 45 degree sloping face on which the measurements are marked in inches. Printed in black on flat top spanning length of ruler: 'Make it a Rule to Wear EZYWALKING'S BOOTS'. Printed in top right in small letters: 'Rule Made in Australia'. 'EZYWALKING'S BOOTS' has been copied in pencil directly above the same printed word. Printed in black on back: 'Go to EZYWALKIN to Save Money'. Black National Trust number, '83/52', marked on back.
