CLOTHING RATION CARD
H1999.407
Small cream coloured card with red printing. Folds in half along a "FOLD HERE" line. One half of the card has the following details printed on it:
"If this Card is found it must be returned at once/to the Deputy Director of Rationing, Perth./Commonwealth of Australia/1948/CLOTHING/RATION CARD/Rg. D.1/ W No. 504671/Issued to-/Name Brown I.L/Address 31, Duncan St/V.P." The lower half of this portion of the card has numbered squares on them with "1948/CLOTHING" printed diagonally across each square, and the number from one to fifty on each square. The opposite half of the card has ration squares printed on it.
