WOOL PRESS, Single Box

H1998.94

wooden single box wool press of four interlocking sections, which can be taken apart. Two sections of four planks of wood and two sections of five planks of wood, each section joind by three cross-sections of wood attached with metal nuts and bolts. One section has 2 metal three-spoke wheels attached to base. 'M537'and 'D A G S' marked in white chalk, and once in black, on two sections of wool press. Remants of 3 leather strap attachments to underside of top cross-section of each section. Four pieces of broken leather strap, two with pins attached, two without; and three metal pins (all separate from wool press)
