(.1) Brass ruler, with a central bar and two rulers at each end (to roll along paper). There is a small knob for lifting the ruler at one end. On the reverse side the words 'STATE TENDER BOARD/ EEWO' are scratched.
(.2) Wooden box, is not the original box for the tool. Label on the lid reads 'Walkers Limited/ Diesel Hydraulic Locomotive/ Model. GH. 700V.' Inside the box and lid, there are three small cotton covered wooden slats, to rest the ruler.
