PIPE CLEANER DOGS -3-

H1993.5

Three little dogs made from pipe cleaners with the features, noses, eyes etc. drawn on with black ink. Markings applied with brown and black paint or ink. Although basically the same design the three have been made to look slightly different. One has standing up ears, one has droopy ears like a spaniel and the other has flattened ears. They are also slightly different in shape and size. The one with the spaniel ears has a gold safety pin in its side enabling it to be worn as a brooch. Part of a large donation of domestic effects from the family of Mr and Mrs Osterberg who came from the Eastern States to settle the estate. See H93.0006 for pipe cleaners.
