Dog form - head is small shell with two small plastic eyes stuck on it; ears are two small white shells; small painted yellow shell stuck on ears as a hat; long shell for body with 4 shells stuck on the bottom as feet (stuck in pairs with wire); small pointed shell stuck on back for a tail.
