Illustration shows three men, one carries a shopping bag with the words 'Shop at Charlie Carters' written on it. The man is looking at a shopping goods display with the display reading 'on special' and 'Carters'. There are two men situated on the right of the illustration, one is leaning on a bench pointing a finger at the third man. The text below reads 'Always pick these old wharfies,/ Bob, got like that 'stretching/ the neck' in the "Bull" system'. Back of the frame is secured with two metal hooks and metal wiring . Hardboard is unevenly placed at the back of frame. The frame itself is painted brown and made of wood (formerly green).
