Photograph shows (as text read) 'Second Federal Labor Ministry/ April 1910/ Back Row - J. Thomas, K. O'Malley, G.F. Pearce, E.L. Batchelor, F.G. Tudor./ Second row - W.M. Hughes, Andy Fisher, G. McGregor./Front row - C.E. Fraser, E. Findley'. There are ten men in the photograph dressed in 3 piece suits. The background seems to be a paved garden area with a large window at the back of the men. Glass covers the photograph, and a large dark wooden border/ frame, holds the glass in place. The text on the cardboard is embossed in gold. A gold frame holds the glass away from the picture. The back of the photograph is sealed with cardboard and adhesive tape. Metal hooks hold metal wire in place. Text on back reads 'The First Ministers'.
