The trophy is standing on a black bakelite base. The metal part of the trophy is bell shaped, with a rectangular piece on the top and standing on the rectangle is a runner mid stride. The bell and rectangle are joined on the sides by a simulated wreath. Trophy was for the AFSA 100yds handicap and was named in honour of J.F.Walsh. It was won in 1961 by D. Gabrielson, 1962 by W.K. Rose, 1963 by W.G. O'Brien, 1964 by G.E.Royle, 1965 by J. Woods and 1966 by R. Smith.
