Rectangular plaque mounted on wooden board which has long screws to attach plaque to wall. Plaque reads; 'K.C.E. ROUT, DENTAL SURGEON / CUMPSTONS ENGRAVING WORKS 918 HAY ST PERTH'. The lettering is impressed in brass, the depression is filled with black material, possibly enamel. There is a green border around the black, suggesting some kind of adhesive.
