Hinged tin print on lid "EAT / NIC-O-CIN / AND GO ON SMOKING". Printed seal (circular): "THE SMOKERS SAFEGUARD / MADE IN ENGLAND". Print inside lid "Effective Perfectly Safe and Harmless / Eat one Nic-o-cin the last thing at night. Heavy smokers should eat another at any time during the day / Nicocin Ltd, Kingsbury House, King St, St James' London". Lozenge 2.3cm x 1.2cm, dark brown and sugar coated. Among a collection from a clear out of Toia's Barber Shop, 139 Hannan St, when the business was sold March 1989.
