TIN, Cherry Boot Polish

Circular tin with screen print on lid. Cream coloured background, red backing to words "Cherry Blossom Boot Polish / For / Black Boots". Centre has drawing of 8 black cherries and green leaf surrounds. Printed around top of lid is "Brilliant Preservative Waterproof. For Box Calf, Glaze Aid etc". On the side is printed "Hogarth Works". Pressed in to base of tin is a copy of text on lid except "For Black Boots". Found under house at 18 Hannan St when doing renovations. No other details known.
