Brocade of pink silk with gold metal thread. Pointed toe, single buttoned (metal) bar across instep, Louis heel. Scalloped upper edge and bar finished in silver coloured leather. Leather sole inner sole and back inner lining with cotton front inner lining On inner sole: "CHAUSSEURS \ LAFAYETTE"

Evening shoes - originally pink and silver. Brocade. Chequer shoes. Thin heel. Probably 1930s. White lid quarter lining and sock. 'More flash than quality' Only medium quality.
