Deep saucers without well. Border pattern of the Imari style, (ferric red, royal blue and gilt) enclosed in gilt lines. No marks. Christie's catalog Aug, 16. 1979, number 209 c & d attribute to the Worcester factory. Has glaze wiped from inside the foot as do most Worcester items. Ref: Godden Caughley or Worcester Porcelains 1775 - 1800 page 118.
