Obverse: Angel with outstretched hands protecting two children in vaguely greek (ancient) dress. Reverse: "WORTH THEIR WEIGHT IN GOLD / HOLLOWAYS / PILLS AND OINTMENT / ... THE PILLS / Purify the Blood, correct all disorders of the Liver, Stomach, Kidneys and Bowels, and are invaluable in all complaints incidental to Females and Children / THE OINTMENT / Is the most reliable remedy for Bad Legs, Sores, Ulcers and Old Wounds....". Very common household remedy used in Western Australia throughout the 19th C. Also marketed as an Abortifacient.
