DRESS, Beaded

CH1981.192

Pink, silk bodice, sleeveless, low round neck, decorated with glass beads and simulated diamonds. Black silk shirt attached to bodice by same black waistband. Slightly gathered onto band. Band decorated with flowery/leafy pattern of clear and pearl glass beads, "diamonds", and gold metal thread. Same decoration on hem of skirt plus circle of flowery pattern on either side at front and centre back. Skirt open at front falling in two points. Lined with pink silk underskirt. Inside hem lined with gold láme. All hand sewn.
