Coarse red cotton in strips joined roughly. Possibly hand woven. Hand-embroidered in yellow, white, blue, green and purple. Possibly North Indian (as CH.1978.367) Circular pieces of mica sewn into pattern. Possibly sari length (Gordon Suckling).
