a. Victory Medal:
Obv: Winged Victory. Rev: "THE GREAT/WAR FOR/CIVILISATION/1914-1919".
Ribbon red in centre, green and voilet on either side, shaded to form colours of 2 rainbows. With spare ribbon. Engraved on rim: "779 Pte E.C. FRANCIS 11 BN. AIF".
b. British War Medal 1914-18:
Obv: Sovereign's head and "GEORGE IVS V BRITT. GMN. REX ET IND. IMP."
Rev: St George on horseback and "1914-1918". Ribbon yellow centre with white, black and blue stripes on either side.
c. 1914-15 Star: Crown/wreath, crossed swords and 1914-15. 4 pointed star.
Rev: "779/Pte E.C. FRANCIS/11/BN.AIF". Ribbon: red, shading to white, shading to blue.
