White. Flared skirt with 40cm stiffened over skirt at hem. 2 strips of broderie anglaise? & 9cm broderie anglaise? frill at bottom. This section has been stiffened with starch. Fastens at waist with button. 2 button holes on outside waist to attach corset or camisole etc. All machine-sewn. Tuck taken in front. In ink inside waist-band 'H.A. Canny'.
