Both: white, all machine sewn. Fastens with four buttons down front. Crutch seam open. Broderie anglaise strips down V-neck front and around neckline, also around abbreviated sleeves, and as frill around legs. Strip of embroidery around top of this frill with slots for ribbon but ribbon mostly deteriorated.
