'INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY' in bold purple block-style capitals on a white cardboard background. This is bordered by a dark olive-green background. Both sides have the same design. The banner is handpainted and hand made. The original sketch marks in pencil still visible. The corners are encased in plastic and attached with yellow cords.
