White background. Along top is a layer of green, on which is printed in dark green 'Advancing the Status of Women'. On left hand side is a green-filled box, imprinted with dark purple 'OWI/ OFFICE OF/ WOMEN'S INTERESTS'. In centre on white background is printed in large dark purple lowercase lettering 'Office/ of Women's/ Interests. Below this, printed on a light green band of colour, in dark green bold capitals is 'WOMEN'S INFORMATION SERVICE'.
Metal rings are encased along the borders of the banners so that it can be hung or tied down in display. Thick cord is attached to the corners.
