Centre of banner in bold black reads 'Celebrating Mothering/ 8th-13th November, 1992'. Below in smaller lowercase bold green is 'Advancing the Status of Women'.
On right hand side is 'OW I/ OFFICE OF WOMENS INTERESTS'(in dark purple and dark green), printed on a light purple background.
On the far right hand side is a Code of Arms with Black Swan in shield, surrounded by two kangaroos holding boomerangs. Metal rings encased in plastic to allow hanging and display of banner.
