A plaque with a stand attached, which is made out of cardboard. The front of the cardboard has a white background, and the words are printed in black ink. The heading reads, 'WOMEN'S SERVICE GUILDS OF WESTERN AUSTRALIA/ 1909-1979/ SOME MILESTONES IN 70 YEARS OF SERVICE'. The plaque lists the societies and institutions the guild has established, the legislation it influenced, and the areas it was concerned about.
