Small buff coloured card, with purple print, folded in half. The front of the card features the stamped motto 'By Love We Serve' in the upper left corner. On the right the address and phone number of the Women's Service Guild headquarters. Underneath is the heading 'MEMBERSHIP CARD', followed by details for the members name and date. The next page is headed 'PLATFORM and OBJECTS'. The opposite page has subscription details. On the back page there is a verse 'Women's Collect', written by Marie Stewart.
