Photographic portrait of William Ford, father of Mrs Clemenson, hung in family house until 1989. Oval wood (red/brown) frame with dark green/black moulding. 'Leaf' design on outer edge. Large leaf scrolls top and bottom centre, from which extend stems and leaves on either side finishing with simple lily-like flowers painted in gold. Some gold on scrolls. Inner edge moulded bead design. Inner mount under glass lighter yellow/brown wood. Formal portrait, head and shoulders of bearded man. Suit, spotted waistcoat, wing collar shirt, striped tie, cuff links. Ring on finger. Back cardboard inscribed: "To MR GILROY, GOLD PRODUCERS ASSN LTD, 12 ST GEORGE'S TERRACE, PERTH 600 (sic) WA".
