Leaf/flower carved oak frame, inner gilded frame, beige card mount. Illuminated manuscript: "To / GEORGE MUNRO ESQ / Engineer / having learnt with regret that you are on the eve of your departure from this (?) / for Western Australia / we feel we cannot allow you to leave us without some expression of our esteem / We recognise in you a man of stirling ability not only as a manager but as a tradesman and these qualifications together with the esteem etc ....".
