Brown paper covered stampbook containing 50 stamps with gummed backs and featuring 10 different scenic views of W.A. Front reads: "WESTERN AUSTRALIANS who are / interested in the prosperity of thei country / can, by using these pictorial stamps on correspon- / dents, assist in making this State's attractions and / resources better known abroad." In upper right corner of cover: "N.B.- These stamps do not pay postage on / letters and must not be placed on front of envelopes."
