Key shaped badge with black enamel background and gold gilt raised rim. Circular shape on left side with headframe motif in centre and text '1982' on right side. Text 'KALGOORLIE BOULDER/ PISTOL CLUB (INC)' circled around outside edge. Rectangular shape to the right with two edged point at right edge. Text '21st ANNIVERSARY'. Reverse: gold gilt finish, text 'SHERIDAN/ PERTH', safety pin fixing with no pin or catch attached.
