Rectangular pearl shell covered gold compact with central diamond shape on lid featuring raised floral design. With original sponge applicator, no powder.Mirror inset into inside of lid. Inside base 'HSME/ MADE IN SWITZERLAND'.
Reverse of sponge applicator shows remains of embossed lettering 'LANCOME/ PARIS' with floral motif.
Inset into base is hinged panel secured by clip on the right side. Beneath hinged panel is powder recess with original removable cover. Cover is fine mesh with pink sponge border and small ribbon length sewn into top edge to enable it to be lifted out.
