COMPACT, powder, silver, with cover, E. P. Anderson

[.1] Powder compact; silver, round with engraved ‘P'centrally on the front.Two small wings, one on the lid the other on the base, dovetail to close the compact. A hinge enables this on the other side.Inside the compact contains a well of loose, pink face powder which has a close woven sieve covering it. There is a mirror on the inside lid.
[.2] A pink, fabric, powder puff sits in the well of the compact over the powder
[.3] A round, watered, black, silk cover fits the compact closely. The inside has a beige lining
