DANCE COSTUME, dark rose pink layered skirt, bodice with green and purple sequins, 2 x armets and cap
[.1] DRESS. Sleeveless, gold lame, halter neck, bodice, festooned with green and purple sequins, both large and small. Square neck, fabric projects towards the underarm and is wired. Bare back with the exception of a band from neck to waist, also sequinned. A green, sequinned flower embellishes the front. Multiple layers of rose pink, fringed, tafetta are sewn on a netted background to mid thigh for the skirt. A fringe of curved fabric, with triple gold bands, defines the waist and hips.
[.2&.3] ARMLETS x 2. Each armlet is wedge shaped, made of gold lame and decorated with purple, gold and pink sequins, some large, some small. A gold fringe hangs down from the armlet when the arm is inserted. Each is closed with a press stud.
[.4] CAP. Tiara shaped head dress of gold lame, decorated with green, purple and pink sequins, both large and small. The back is constructed of the same fabric as the skirt. A hat elastic with a hook and eye are attached to keep the head dress on.
